The short version
- We collect what you type into the sign-up form, plus basic technical data your browser sends.
- We use it to contact you, set up your plan and serve your home. We don't sell it.
- We share it with the local brand that will do the work, and with service providers that run the website.
- The site doesn't use advertising trackers, analytics tools or tracking cookies.
- Call your local brand to see, correct or delete your information.
Who we are
Gutter Wise is a gutter-care services-agreement program offered by ONE Solutions and its participating brands: Interstate Roofing, ProWest Roofing, O'Danny Boy Builders and 5 Stars Roofing (together, "we" or "us"). This policy covers onegutters.com and the sign-up form on it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send the sign-up form, we collect:
- Your name, mobile number, email address and home address
- The plan you pick, your home's stories, approximate size and tree cover, and your preferred first visit
- Any access notes you add, such as gate codes, pets or steep areas
- The local provider you chose, or the brand page you signed up from
We also collect anything you tell us by phone, text or email, and the details of your service agreement and visits.
Information collected automatically. With each sign-up we store the time it was sent and your browser's user-agent string (the browser and device type). Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, and keeps short-term logs.
Cookies and tracking. The site does not set cookies for advertising or analytics, and it does not use analytics, ad pixels or session recording.
We don't collect payment card details on this site.
How we use it
- To call or text you about your request, confirm your plan, price and first visit, and send invoices
- To schedule visits, send visit reminders and photo reports, and give the crew access notes
- To answer your questions and provide customer service
- To keep records, prevent fraud and spam, secure the site and meet legal obligations
Calls and texts
When you send the form, you agree that we and your local provider may call or text the number you give us about your request, your plan and your scheduled visits. These messages are about your service, not marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or tell us on a call. Agreeing to calls or texts is not a condition of buying anything.
How we share it
- Your local provider. The participating brand that serves your area (or the one you chose) receives your request so it can contact you and do the work. ONE Solutions and its brands may share it among themselves to route your request.
- Service providers. Cloudflare hosts the website and stores sign-up form data for us. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends Google a request (including your IP address) when pages load.
- Legal and safety reasons. If required by law, or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
- Business transfers. If a brand or the program is sold or reorganized.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Links to other sites
Links to social media pages, Google reviews and our brands' own websites go to sites with their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a customer, or while your request is open, and afterward as long as reasonably needed for records, warranty, tax and legal purposes.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access-restricted storage. No system is perfectly secure.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or stop contacting you. Depending on your state, you may have more rights under state privacy law. We won't treat you differently for using them. Contact your local brand below. We may need to verify your identity first.
Children
This site is for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
