The short version

  • Sending the form is a request to join, not a purchase. Nothing is charged online.
  • We call to confirm your plan and price. Your written service agreement then sets the details.
  • Plans are prepaid yearly. Prices on the site are for typical 1- and 2-story homes. Bigger or taller homes get a quote first.
  • The local brand that serves your area does the work.
  • Call or text your local brand to pause, skip or cancel before your next visit.

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of onegutters.com and to requests for the Gutter Wise program, offered by ONE Solutions and its participating brands: Interstate Roofing, ProWest Roofing, O'Danny Boy Builders and 5 Stars Roofing (together, "we" or "us"). By using the site or sending the sign-up form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The program

Gutter Wise is a services-agreement program for scheduled gutter cleaning. Every plan includes gutter and downspout debris removal, a flow test at every downspout, a before/after photo report each visit, and plain-language flags for any repairs we notice. Repairs are never included or required. Any repair is quoted and agreed separately.

Prices are annual and prepaid. Monthly figures shown on the site are for comparison only. Homes with 3 or more stories, or more than about 200 linear feet of gutters, get a custom quote on the confirmation call before you pay anything. There is no free plan or free trial. Taxes may apply where required. Prices on the site may change, but the price in your confirmed service agreement controls for its term.

Signing up and paying

Sending the form is a request, not a contract or a charge. We call to confirm your plan, price and first visit. Your plan starts only when you agree to it, and then we send an invoice. We don't collect card details on this site. Payment terms are in your invoice and service agreement.

Scheduling and access

We set your visit schedule and contact you before each visit. You don't need to be home if we can safely reach the gutters. You agree to give accurate access information (such as gate codes and pets) and to keep the work areas reasonably accessible. We may reschedule for weather, safety or access problems.

Pausing, skipping, cancelling and renewal

You can call or text your local brand to pause, skip or cancel before your next scheduled visit. Your written service agreement controls the details, including renewal, any refund or credit for unused visits, and notice periods. If something in these terms conflicts with your service agreement, the service agreement controls.

Who performs the work

All work is done by the participating brand that serves your area, or by crews working for it. That brand is your service provider and is responsible for the work. Participating brands are licensed and insured.

Quotes, estimates and reviews on the site

Cost ranges for one-off cleanings are commonly quoted estimates, not quotes for your home. Reviews shown on the site are verbatim Google reviews of our brands' roof and gutter work, not reviews of Gutter Wise plans.

Using the site

Please use the site only for lawful purposes and give accurate information. Don't try to disrupt the site, access it in unauthorized ways, or send spam or automated submissions. The site content, Gutter Wise name and logos, and brand logos and slogans belong to us or our brands and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is." We try to keep it accurate and available but don't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Gutter cleaning reduces, but cannot remove, the risk of water damage. We don't guarantee against leaks, overflow or damage from storms, unusual debris or conditions outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the site or the program. Our total liability for any claim about the program is limited to the amount you paid for your plan in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any warranty or right in your written service agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the services are performed, or where your home is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Changes don't affect a service agreement you've already confirmed unless you agree.
